Make sure you get support - It can contribute to your success

Support from other patients

When you have a chronic disease like glaucoma, support can be an important part of your regimen. Sometimes the best place to get it is from people who know what it's like to have glaucoma firsthand. Check local hospitals and eye care facilities to see whether they have support groups for people with glaucoma. You can also go online to visit glaucoma chat rooms, forums and support groups.

Online Support Resources

Internet groups are convenient (and free) ways to share information with other people who have glaucoma. You can be a silent observer, an information gatherer, or a full participant. Provided here are several places to try.
